Val di Sella, Alps, Italy
The Val di Sella located in the Italian Alps offers a series of contrasting landscapes that goes from hill meadows to inner woods; from dense canopy areas to patch forest; from sky open views to closeness areas; from flat terrains to steep topographies. The hill grasslands and meadows located in the slopes of the mountains, provide significant natural habitats for different species of wild flowers and butterflies. The site-intervention proposes the act of walking as a sensory experience. An approximation to the landscape through the connection of diverse traces and narratives along the natural environment.
